8/9/13 Chaos on Lower Bowdoin (3 trucks and a car)

8/9/13 late morning chaos on lower Bowdoin Street -- driving on the sidewalk and into a private driveway, blocking traffic, illegally unloading in the driveway, creating a pedestrian hazard, making a lot of noise and niusance:

1. The cardboard recycling truck parked on the street behind Evergood. The JW Lopes truck is drove up next to the recycling truck and stopped, preparing to back up into the Giulia driveway.  (photo 1)
2. A car turned from Hudson onto Bowdoin and find the street completely blocked, so it drove up on the sidewalk to get around them. (photo 2)
3. Once the car passed, the JW Lopes executed a series of back and forth maneuvers into the driveway of #3 Bowdoin in order to back up into the Guilia driveway, running over the sidewalk multiple times. (photo 3)
4. Meanwhile, a Save That Stuff recycling truck stopped in the middle of Bowdoin, waiting for the other two trucks to finish.  Then the cardboard recycling truck left, and the JW Lopes truck finished it's maneuvering to back into the Giulia driveway.  The Save That Stuff truck waited until it could pull up behind Evergood. 5. After the LW Lopes truck left, the Save That Stuff truck backed into the Giulia driveway to pick up the recycling (not documented but per its normal routine).
