Rosev in too small a loading zone 7/11/12 12:33 pm

Truck is parking in the loading zone to do deliveries but is too small to fit in the allocated area 
7/11/12  12:33 pm 

Rosev truck drives down Bowdoin St, turns left on Hudson and then backs up street and parks in loading zone.
