Delivering to west side lounge.. Spoke with driver two weeks ago when he was back here and also to Jen the evening manager since, Cliff, the daytime manager we typically talk with is out with pneumonia for 3 weeks. I will call Jen, the manager, again today after 5pm when she is in to relay how she said she would take care of this last week. I will also ask for her email and Cliff's so I can summarize the last three weeks to her. West side lounge is clearly lagging with their cooperation now that Guilia is blatantly disregarding the neighborhood meeting and letter submitted to him from last summer explaining what is and is not permitted.
