1. I called the "Enforcement Request" number listed on page 4 of the Resident Information brochure we received with our parking sticker 617-359-4731 and got voicemail.
2. I called the non-emergency police number 617-349-3300 and was transferred to Community Policing (not traffic) and got voicemail.
3. I called another Traffic Enforcement number given to me by the dispatcher 617-349-4365 and got voicemail.

Meanwhile, both trucks drove away.

Addendum: Kitty Kramer called me back in the afternoon and said to call 617-349-4700. She said that if it doesn't answer it goes to two additional numbers.
